Exchanges Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, the request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead. The original item must be returned, and once received and inspected, Falveni will ship the replacement item. Customers are responsible for returning the original item, while Falveni covers shipping for the replacement.
